今天和大家说说空调过热保护故障的维修，过热保护有哪些原因？和如何处理。
过热保护是指空调在正常运行中，外机的压缩机突然停止运行，风扇却还在运转。这个故障是空调维修中常见的故障了，新手一定要学习一下，不然上门实习维修时碰到就不知道如何处理了。
这种故障主要是以下几个原因第一种，第一种最常见是外机散热风扇转速慢或风扇不转，风扇故障会造成外机得不到风扇散热，外机的蒸发器就会非常的热，过缩机也会非常的热。过热后装在压缩机上的过热保护器的接触片就会断开，压缩机立刻停止运行，压缩机停止运行但风扇还在转，如果风扇不正常也会不转。
风扇不转或转速慢，应第一时间更换风扇电容试试，如果更换电容后故障依旧，就需要检测电机了，用万用表测量风扇电机的几条线，每条线的阻值都应该相通才正常。
第二种是灰尘过多的原因，这种原因只需要清洗外机的蒸发器即可，如果是靠近厨房，那油烟可能会很多，就需要用专用清洗空调的药水来清洗才可以，一定要把油全洗干净才行。
第三种原因是管道堵塞或管被人为搞扁了，这种故障需要更换铜管，如果是冰堵更管道被堵，细管会结冰。
第四种故障原因是压缩机电容容量不足，这种故障较难靠直观判断，排除其它原因后，更换新电容试试，电容坏会造成压缩机吸气不足引起蒸发器过热，从而导致压缩机也过热。
第五种，如果是冷暖机则可能是四通阀串气，更换四通阀才能解决。
以上就是今天所说的四种故障原因及维修方法，还有一个问题大家可能会忽略，我说一下，风扇风量小时，扇叶上的灰尘一定要清理干净，扇叶上灰尘多会风扇吹出来的风会小许多，经常维修家里的风扇的师傅都知道，风扇扇叶上扇叶灰尘过多，风量至少小了一半，有的师傅没碰到过以为是扇叶坏了，其实洗掉上面的灰尘即可，所以大家在检查空调时一定要细心检查这个地方哦。
